We are offering an affordable dental plan for those who do not have dental insurance. You can select the plan that best fits you and your family.

All plans are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Plans are not transferable to other family members. There are no refunds for any portion of the plans not utilized.

IN-HOUSE PLAN

$350 (1 adult) includes 2 cleanings, 2 exams, and 2 four-bitewing X-rays within the covered year. All other services discounted at 15%.
$400 (1 adult and 1 dependent under 16) includes 2 cleanings, 2 exams, and 2 four-bitewing X-rays within the covered year. All other services discounted at 15%.
$450 (1 adult, 2 dependents under 16) includes 2 cleanings, 2 exams, and four-bitewing X-rays within the covered year. All other services discounted at 15%.
